This is the genesis of a new series, with a palette of mostly terracottas, based on drawings begun in Nova Scotia in 2008. Here the heads blend as fauna with the forms of nature.

Good morning and thank for your prompt reply, Antonia. Is there a way I can attach some photos of the paintings so you can identify the medium used? (I provided my email.) The two lovely paintings were made in March and April of 1987.
PS: I saw some of your recent paintings online; they are spectacular. I would love to see them in person if you have exhibition going now.
